Our seasonal preserves are made in small batches in an inspected home kitchen under the California Cottage Food Program with fruit sourced from local farms and farmers' markets. We use traditional copper jam pans to capture and retain the freshest fruit flavors of each season, with no added pectin. Working in community with local growers, we provide a seasonal collection of limited-edition, varietal specific preserves. Snatch them up while you can!
